The best way to reheat pizza

Putting pizza in the refrigerator will break down the chemicals inside the dough, which gives it that bummer, tough texture the next day. (I know what you're thinking: Do not attempt to leave pizza out at room temperature. That's gross.) You're only going to make it even more rubbery by putting it in the microwave or oven, which zaps the moisture inside.
As ridiculous as it sounds, the best way to reheat pizza is over the stove. Put a burner on very low heat and throw a slice on a griddle pan or even a plain old skillet. Think of it like a one-sided quesadilla. The bottom will get nice and crispy while the cheese melts to a perfect state of matter on top. Crank up the heat or cover the pan if you're willing to forfeit quality for speed.
If you live in a place without the luxury of a stove, you might be better off just leaving it cold.

I have found that throwing a few slices in a toaster oven at 350 deg. F (since most of us in college don't have a oven, or, like me, are too lazy to find a clean pan) for about 10 min or so on some aluminum foil sometimes makes the pizza taste even better than before! Surprisingly it doesn't dry up the dough as much as microwaving, it really doesn't dry it up at all! Just add some ranch and you're good to go!
I've never tried the stove before, might try that next time I have cold pizza. I like reheating my pizza in the toaster oven as well.
Try using a george foreman grill! makes the cheese gooey and delicious again. and if you dont have a goerge foreman, get one. best kitchen gadget ive ever owned.
ps: it makes bacon better than your mom does
Putting it in the pan is really the best way. Or a toaster oven... couldn't live without mine!
the best way i've found to reheat pizza is to microwave it for about 20 seconds and then toast it for a few minutes.
toaster!
